Macworld.com - In the latest twist in the five-year patent dispute between BlackBerry device maker Research in Motion Ltd. and patent-holding company NTP Inc., the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Wednesday issued a final rejection for one of the five patents in NTP’s suit against RIM.
