FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. Feb. 22 -- With as many as 12 players from their spring training camp participating in the World Baseball Classic, Baltimore Orioles Manager Sam Perlozzo said the team is hoping to be able to delay the report day of their starting pitchers to their respective countries.
